As a general rule, we offer the payment options of advance payment, credit card, and PayPal. However, we reserve the right to exclude certain payment methods for each order and refer to other payment methods, which are also free of charge. There is no entitlement to a specific payment method.
We only accept payments from accounts within the European Union. Under no circumstances do we bear the costs of a money transaction.
In the case of a credit card purchase, your credit card account will be charged when the order is completed.
If you choose advance payment (Vorkasse), we will provide our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receiving payment.
If you select PayPal as the payment method, you must be registered with PayPal or first register. You log in and confirm the payment instruction to us (except for guest access). Further instructions are provided during the order process.
