Shipping Terms and Conditions
Thank you for shopping with Löffler GmbH! Below are our standard shipping terms to provide you with a clear understanding of how we handle the shipping of your orders:
(1) Delivery within the following countries is free of charge for the customer: France, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Austria, Switzerland. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination country. The delivery times we specify are calculated from the date of our order confirmation, assuming the purchase price has been paid in advance (except for purchases on account). Unless otherwise indicated in our online shop for the specific product, the delivery time is 10 days. For deliveries outside the EU, import duties and taxes may be charged once the package reaches its destination. Any additional fees for customs clearance are the responsibility of the customer; we have no control over these charges.
(2) Customs regulations can vary significantly between countries, so customers should contact their local customs office for more detailed information. When ordering from LÖFFLER GmbH, the customer is considered the importer and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country where the products are received. Protecting our customers' data is important to us, and we want to inform our international customers that cross-border deliveries may be subject to inspection by customs authorities.
(3) Please be aware that products shipped internationally may not be covered by the manufacturer's warranty, service options may not be available, user manuals and safety warnings may not be in the language of the destination country, and the products (and accessories) may not meet the standards, specifications, or labeling requirements of the destination country.
(4) The ordered goods will be delivered by a freight carrier providing free curbside delivery. We are not responsible for unpacking, setting up, or assembling unless otherwise agreed.
(5) We reserve the right to make partial deliveries if they are reasonable for the customer and do not incur additional shipping costs. We also reserve the right to combine multiple ordered items into one shipment.
(6) We only offer delivery via shipping. However, customers are welcome to pick up furniture from our headquarters in Reichenschwand (near Nuremberg). We look forward to your visit and kindly ask that you schedule an appointment in advance. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
(7) We do not deliver to parcel stations.
Customs Clearance, Duties, and Taxes
(1) The customs forms for packages sent to countries outside the EU will list the value of the items included in the shipment by product type. We reserve the right to make such declarations either for customer convenience or as required by law.
(2) Customs authorities may open packages for inspection; we have no control over this process.
(3) Customs duties and import taxes will be assessed once the package arrives in the destination country.
(4) Fees for customs clearance are the customer’s responsibility.
(5) We have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amounts.
(6) Customs regulations vary widely from country to country. For more information, please contact your local customs authorities.
(7) In some countries, customs authorities require the importer to provide specific identification before a shipment is released. As the importer, the customer or recipient may be required to provide an identification number, such as a national ID number, CPF, or tax number.
