The Löffler Plus Swivel Chair with Anti-Decubitus Seat is the ideal solution for individuals at increased risk of pressure ulcers due to limited mobility, overweight, or prolonged use of a wheelchair. Pressure ulcers develop from constant pressure and moisture, which softens the skin and makes it prone to injury.

The comfort seat of this chair is equipped with a Stimulite® honeycomb cushion that is perforated to allow air circulation and effectively evaporate moisture. This helps to control heat and moisture – two essential factors in preventing pressure ulcers. The compliant top layer of the cushion reduces shear forces and friction on the skin surface, while the firm inner honeycomb structure evenly distributes pressure, ensuring consistent blood flow.

This breathable Löffler Plus seat with Stimulite® honeycomb cushion ensures long-term seating comfort, even for individuals with special needs. However, leather, synthetic leather, or microfiber covers are not suitable as they can hinder the cushion's effectiveness.

Additionally, the Löffler Plus Anti-Decubitus Chair is available with two different backrest heights. The lower backrest version uses the backrest from our Cymo chair, while the XL version incorporates the backrest from the Lezgo 74.

ERGO TOP represents dynamic sitting, engaging muscles through continuous balancing of the body's center of gravity while seated.

Our chairs featuring ERGO TOP provide an active, upright posture with a 360° movable seat that enhances the passive synchro mechanism.

Initially developed with the Technical University of Munich, ERGO TOP debuted in our Ergo stool and is now integrated into all our swivel chairs.

For over 30 years, the IGR (Institut für Gesundheit und Ergonomie) has recommended our swivel chairs equipped with ERGO TOP.

Backrest Features

Adjustable Backrest Pressure: The return force of the synchro mechanism can be customized to your body weight, allowing for dynamic sitting with minimal effort and providing ample support.

Backrest Locking: The backrest can tilt between 80° and 125° and can be locked into five different positions. This feature supports various sitting postures and helps relieve spinal pressure.

Additional Lumbar Support: Optional lumbar support is available for most models. It enhances ergonomic sitting by providing additional lower back support.

Multifunctional Armrests

Armrests are a crucial component of a truly ergonomic office swivel chair. That's why all swivel chairs in our online shop come with multifunctional armrests. These armrests not only allow for height and width adjustments but also include additional practical features. The armrest pad can be moved forward and backward in 20-mm increments and swiveled 15° to the left and right. This allows you to customize the armrests to your specific needs, ensuring maximum comfort and support.

Adjustable Seat Height

All our office chairs feature a gas lift mechanism that enables height adjustments up to 50 cm. This flexibility ensures you can set the seat height precisely for optimal comfort and ergonomic support.

This adjustment range is typically suitable for individuals between 150 cm and 190 cm tall. If you fall outside this range, please contact us – we will find the right solution for you.
